Plain and short, the way it should be.
What we collect
If you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, your phone number or email, the topic you pick from the list, the short message you send us, and which wording of the form you happened to see. That last one is because we rotate a few wordings to learn which is clearest, and we note which one you got. That is all. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or sensitive tax documents on this site. Those belong in our secure client portal.
Why we collect it
For one reason only, to reply to you about your message. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who helps us run the site
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also counts how many people visit each page for us, without cookies and without identifying you. The contact form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Both handle your information only to provide those services.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers, no cookies that follow you around. Our host keeps the ordinary records of page requests that every website host keeps.
